![]() © Gitana S.A. Born on 12 July 1954 in Enghien-les-Bains Lifesaver, skiing and diving instructor, pleasure boat captain, private plane pilot, ocean-goer… Olivier Wroczinski’s diverse interests have always had the ever-present thread of the sea running through them. In the nineties, he worked alongside Laurent Bourgnon as an official member of the shore crew for Primagaz and also for Hydroptère, a speed craft designed by aerospace engineers and a research platform initiated by Eric Tabarly. Whether in the field of hydraulic assembly, computing, electronics or mechanics, nothing escapes the scientific mind of the man nicknamed “Zolive”. But his skills are not solely limited to the technical field, for he is also an excellent crew member. Olivier is now busying himself incorporating new technologies into the Gitana Team. |
